Shipping Policy

LadyMob garments are custom made to order. We take 2–5 business days to make your custom order. 

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. Therefore, please combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time to determine the arrival.

 

All orders are processed with care and shipped from our fulfillment center, unless otherwise noted in product descriptions (e.g. pre-orders or limited drops).

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Local Delivery (only if available)

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim. Still need support? Email us at ladymob@exaltedbg.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
