Returns & Exchanges Policy

Here at LadyMob, every product is made, curated, and packaged with intention. We stand firmly by the quality of our pieces and the standards that shape each collection.

We do not accept returns. This allows us to preserve the excellence and hygiene of our offerings for every customer and ensure each product arrives as pure, fresh, and pristine as it left us.

We do understand that sometimes sizing or style may need a second look. That’s why we offer exchanges for eligible items—if initiated within 3 business days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be submitted via email within 3 business days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color, if available.

Please note:

  • All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale.

  • Return shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
